You may be happy to hear mango.log has supported Chainsaw since the day after that request. Turned out to be a Chainsaw configuration issue I was running into. For those who don't know; Chainsaw is a fairly spiffy application for monitoring the log-output of remote applications. Mango.log augments this with an HTTP-based console, which allows one to dynamically control the log-settings of a remote, running, application (courtesy of Scott). The resultant combination is really quite powerful. - KrisDoes anyone know the exact format produced by a Log4J XMLAppender?
