Notepad++ is a free source code editor which supports several programming 
languages running under the MS Windows environment.


From the main menu, Language->Styler Configurator...
in the "Language:" list box, select "Java", in the "User ext:" edit box, 
input "d", "Save & Close".

From the main menu, Plugins->Function List
check "View List", check "Dock List"
