whenever I try to luanch it :

code 11  An attempt was made to load the program because it appears to be in
invalid format.
Should I download it again ?

Doesnt work on 98, I have no idea why.  If I had Win 98 I would fix it, but I
dont, and I dont want to shell $100 for an OS I will never use, ever.  If I had
a copy to install though ...
