digitalmars.D - Which version?
Those are the most recent D versions available from ftp.digitalmars.com: 04/06/2005 07:35PM 3,182,171 dmd.120.zip 04/08/2005 03:20AM 3,180,928 dmd.120.2.zip 04/08/2005 03:22AM 3,180,931 dmd.zip There were 3 bytes added to 'dmd.zip' from 'dmd.120.2.zip', aparently within 2 minutes. I could compare all files in the zips, but if someone tells me the difference, I'd be able to skip that. Presumably 'dmd.zip' is the one to go for, but before I install it I'd like to know if there is a vital difference between 'dmd.zip' and 'dmd.120.2.zip' or not.

I'll bring them into sync.

I usually just follow Walter's announcement URL news post pointing to: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/changelog.html then click on the top most, "What's new for D <some version number here>" and then, again, click on the bolded "What's New for D <some version number here>" on the top, which points to, http://ftp.digitalmars.com/dmd.120.2.zip Which gives me the answer of dmd.120.2.zip :-) But, again, that's just me: crazy jicman :-) josé

But when I see a version 0.120.2 short after downloading 0.120, I start double checking. And when I notice for the first time that neiter file sizes nor creation times match between the latest versions I just start asking. Now I've got my answer (thanks Walter!), so I'm happy.
