No, STLport 5.0 doesn't compile out of the box, last time I tried to 
compile. I haven't had time to look at it since I finished porting 4.6.2 
last year.

The problem I ran into is the recursive makefiles crashing smake. I 
never tried to track the problem down at the time.

Are there particular features in 5.0 that you need in 5.0 or can you 
make do with 4.6.2?
