c++.mfc - Why does an MFC/DMC++ program want winspool.dll? How do I get rid?

It's not you!  I just started getting this right after I applied the 8.47 update
(last night).  When I reverted back to the CD install the problem goes away.

Just restore the previous WINSPOOL.LIB...
