I'm new to this stuf today. No prgramming experience except html, very littel
lavea script, and playign with my graphing calc.. I have the digital mars
compiler, but everytime I run it through the start>run menu, it opens the DOS
window, zipps thorugh a bunch of text and closs in under a second and doesnn't
do anythign witht he .cpp file.
I also have borladn, and it does the same thing. I'm guessing it's user error,
since both compilers act the same way. Wher should my .ccp files be in relation
to my compiler, and what tags should I use, etc..

I tried it in the DOS Promt, and got the error message:Fatal Erroro: unable to
open input file 'hello'
--- error level 1

Dos that mean there's an erro on line 1? In case you haven't guessed, I'm
attempting to compile the newb "Hello World" program. I copied it directly form
teh tutorial I'm using, but it won't work..
