D.gnu - wiki woes

So, to sanitise the current situation but still be open to anyone 
wishing to contribute to the documentation of GDC, I propose we 
should put the wiki into Ddoc format and host it on github.

Separate repo or part of the GDC source tree?

Why not just use wiki.dlang.org?
