(using GCC 4.1.1, GDC 0.23, running Fedora Core 5)

The source code it failed on was the open brace of:

#ifdef L_addvsi3
Wtype
__addvSI3 (Wtype a, Wtype b)
{
   const Wtype w = a + b;

   if (b >= 0 ? w < a : w > a)

This was when building the "nof" variant, so I used:
http://www.algonet.se/~afb/d/gcc41-ppc64-m32-m64-multilib-only.patch
(borrowed from the regular Fedora system GCC compiler)

Tried to reproduce/debug, but by then it was gone ? :-|
Maybe it was some kind of fluke, or a system error...
Anyway, once it built it seems to be working properly.
