The problem is this line in d-decls.cc:

snprintf (CONST_CAST (char *, s->Sident), sz, "_D%s%zu%s%s",

The %z format specifier is not supported by the MS runtime which is used by
MinGW. There are two possible solutions:

1: Use __mingw_snprintf on windows
2: Use the MS equivalent for "%z" on Windows: "%I" (%Iu for %zu)
