Upon compiling a large code base with `-O3` and `-unittest`, I received the
following display message:

/usr/include/dlang/gdc/4.8.1/std/utf.d:1113: internal compiler error:
Segmentation fault

The only information I can give is that this same code base currently causes
separate and distinct ICE errors on both GDC and LDC (no optimization flags for
LDC though).
