I have an idea which hopefully should bring a fortune of money (hopefully) and great popularity for "D" (Walter) OK , I want to organize a joint venture company , which means instead of paying for employees , every employee would be a partner in the business for a certain percentage of profits. What's required some-kind of assurance from Walter that he'd continue to develop "D" and if decides to quit or if one day he'd get tired of "D" we shouldn't be stuck, left in the dark. A few application programmers , a few system programers and a few library programers. Every body must be advanced in his field and at least a good intermediate level in the "D" language. No offense to Hershel... Am I missing something? Why are people responding so readily to somebody that just suggests something out the blue without any background information or identity. Is this somebody that's well known for joint ventures or business plans? Otherwise... Trust must be at an all time high right now. I'm just waiting for the part where everybody signs a check to be collected by a financial officer named Hershel... (just a one time payment! no more! no less!) Wouldn't somebody approach Walter first in private before posting such a suggestion here? Later, Doubting Thomas :-P
