variable.  I unzip'd dig-0.0.14.zip into c:\tmp\dig and cd'd there.  I type "go"
and it shows "make install" and on the very first thing it attempts to compile,
it says "Error: Error reading file 'ctype.d'".

I looked in the DMD area, and I see the ctype.d file in c:\dmd\src\phobos\std

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
