this vesio implements just a few function to allow
the example 1 of postgres pages to run in the dpq version.
It's basically a experimental version to confirm every
thing works as expected

this is a pre-alpha version to let people interested
in use postgres influence dpq developement.
The proposed entire structure of the lib dpq is already
define on the documentation (doxygen based).
(this project is much smaller then DUI)
