A table of content?

I prepared it using Acrobat 4.0 where a bookmarks/toc pane is created by 
my defaults. It looks identical although it's 115 KB smaller.

Yes.

Yes. Give a date on the snapshot, and have a caveat about checking

I think I'll try to install a Perl/wget/diff/changelog system
as you suggested. But I'm short on time, so it may take 5-10 days
to have it. Hope to connect it to the wiki, so anyone may access
the changelog diffs.

Could you hold any changes to the specs for a while?

I will have a talk to our documentation people and see if they an help me. I
think it is possible to convert an
outlined Word-Document out of the box into a PDF with a TOC etc. using Adobe
Acrobat 5.0.
