This file -- ftp://ftp.digitalmars.com/dmdalpha.zip -- contains all of 
the spec documentation in the dmd\html\d diretory.  Maybe not everybody 
wants to download the compiler at the same time (even with the compiler 
it's only 1.33MB), but I think it's convenient enough.  My 2 cents.
