c++ - building a library with DMC

I have the free command line version of Digital Mars C. I am assuming that
the executable lib.exe is a library building tool. Unfortunately, I can't
find any documentation for it.

Let's say I want to build a library mylib.lib and add the object file
foo.obj to it. Can someone show me the correct command line syntax for
building the library and also the command line syntax for linking the
library when the executable is compiled?

http://www.digitalmars.com/ctg/lib.html has the documentation.
