The compiler part should work. The IDDE would not be able
to allow you to use the Express (Wizard) features as many
of those are only for MFC 3.xxx.

After using the IDDE for a while, I abandoned it and go back
to doing the coding by hand. Kind of surprising - since originally
most Windows programmer do it that way until IDDE and those
wizards/Drag&Drop become a norm.
