Is it possible/feasible to recompile the
RunTime C lib to actually/totally have
the char type as unsigned ?
(Yes I am in Europe, US-ASCII is not enough, I need
0.255 as char range...)

In my progs, it is no problem, but the
C lib is another thing, and I need to use it.
